About Lacey

Lacey started fostering dogs from a local shelter when her pitbull passed away in 2020. When a foster pup named FlapJack wasn't getting adopted, she decided to paint him and post it on social media. Within a week someone applied for FlapJack from a city 4 hours away. He was picked up and an idea emerged for lacey. Now she paints animals who have been waiting on their forever homes. She has worked with shelters in Galveston and Houston and hopes to continue advocating for shelter animals through her work.
